BPP Renditions – 01/13/2025
BPP Renditions have been mailed and are due back in our office by April 15, 2025. Failure to submit these forms will result in a 10% penalty.
1-D-1 Agriculture Forms – 01/13/2025
1-D-1 forms have been mailed out to new land owners and are due by April 30, 2025. Failure to complete these forms can result in loss of Agricultural exemption.
Sheriff's Sale – 02/04/2025
A Sheriff's Sale will take place on Tuesday, February 4, 2025 for the properties listed below. The sale will begin at 10am on the south side of the Cottle County Courthouse.
