The deadline is April 15th or May 15th upon a written request for an extension. Extension requests must be received by April 15th. Failure to render will result in a 10% penalty. 

Applications for 1-D-1 have been mailed out to new land owners and are due by April 30, 2026. Failure to complete and return these forms may result in loss of Agricultural exemption. 

A Sheriff's Sale will take place on Tuesday, February 3, 2026 for the properties listed below. The sale will begin at 10am on the south side of the Cottle County Courthouse.
